Tackle sleeping troubles

Sleep check! How many hours of sleep do you get a night? We’re thinking it’s not as much as you need. Seniors need seven to nine hours of sleep each night, and the National Institute on Aging say there are some tips to follow to make sure you accomplish this. So, try to develop a sleep routine, avoid napping in the afternoons, distance yourself from blue light devices close to bedtime, and avoid eating large dinners.
