It was a fantastic experience, my daughter was upset with having to get eye drops and the technician that came in was very soothing and so nice. She calmed my daughter down and let her do everything on HER terms. Previous offices have had to hold her down to do the drops, and I absolutely loved the fact that everything was done when my daughter was ready.
